F.L.A.S.H. Frame Livable Affordable Safe Homes in Stonecrest, Georgia.  The residents desire to have quality, safe, and healthy homes developed in the city of Stonecrest.   We know many people and industries want to come and live, work, play, and stay in Stonecrest, so it is highly important for smart development in the communities.   

Getting Involved

The F.L.A.S.H. Meetings are scheduled for residents and community information gathering and sharing on the best options for us to have Frame Livable Affordable Safe Homes in our neighborhoods.  We need your voice, input, and engagement to assist us in not allowing inappropriate zoning in the City of Stonecrest.  It is our community and we advocate healthy, safe, affordable, and quality homes for us and our families.  If we allow unethical zoning practices in our city, we may be faced with unsafe traffic conditions, poor infrastructure, and negative economic results in our neighborhood.  

Come and participate by attending the City of Stonecrest public meetings about this petitioner's request to rezone this property from R100 to R60 to develop and build homes.  

Yes, we do need affordable, quality, safe, and healthy housing in our city in a location that is conducive to allowing the sewer, water, utilities, and other major facilities and entities needed to live a quality of life.
